WFF 2001 - Cycle stopping with alternating flashing lights start and spin?

My WFF 2001 Washing machine is stopping mid cycle with the start and the spin light alternately flashing - I have no manual to assist - could someone tell me the problem?

I have exactly the same problem, with the same model of machine (wff2001) Mine has a history of a blocked impeller, but that's not the issue this time.

Did you get a solution, and if so, what was it please?
