How to reset Speedfight 100 immobiliser?

I usually start my moped using the kickstart as the starter buttion doesnt work. Last week the kickstrat jammed and immobiliser button flashing so I think someone tried to nick it. I have all keys that the dealer gave me and advice so far says just use the "red key". I have the red key but it is for the boa lock so
I dont know what I am supposed to do to reset the immobiliser (please note I am INCREDIBLY naive when it comes to bike stuff and need it explained as if I was a 5 year old child thanks)

I too have the black key and Trelock key but no red "master" key. Any ideas if I can get a replacement one?

when the bike was new it would have had a red key and a black key for the ignition,the key that says trelock on it is indead for the boa lock in the frame,you cannot reset the ignition even if you did have nboth keys but i can assure you using the red key all the time will eventually cause this problem to occur,the 3 red key is for programming only.

there should be a 4 digit code in your manual for example 4453 ..... this means u would turn the key to the left 4 times and then to the right 4 time and left 5 times and right 3 times..... it should be under immobiliser in ur bike manual!
