I put 3 bath towels in on 90o wash and when it started to spin made a horrible noise and did so everytime it tried to spin, took the towels out and drained it, what should I do next.
The chances are the weight of 3 wet towels going round is putting all the weight on one side of the drum and then the machine is not ballanced,Try spinning without anything in if this is ok then its the weight problem getting to one side and then the machine is off ballance.
