Logik FHD LLCD-40FHD TV doesn't pick-up USB device?

My Logik TV model LLCD-40FHD doesn't pick up the USB devise. Booklet not very helpfull!!! I have select the source to MEDIA, but get a NO SYNC error. Please Help!!
