Mend Worcester Boiler Running Cleaned

how can i fix my oil boiler?

My worcester boiler goes into lock out after about 15 minutes of the boiler running, i have cleaned the photocell with no success what do you think the problem is. The boiler fires no problem and sounds ok when it is running.
