Mend Baxi 105e Comby Water Hot Amount

Baxi 105e excessive water run off before it becomes hot?

On a Baxi 105e Comby recently it has become noticeable that when running the hot water the amount run off has increased before it comes through hot - Any ideas please.

diafram in the divertor valve going. Just replace divertor valve completley its guaraanteed then to work.
