Mend Help Mother Working

still cant get the base to move and no help here ?

i have taken the front off , thinking it might be the mother board inside but its not that it all seems to be working but the base just will not move it will move a bit if i push it but its got me stummped so any any any advise will help from anyone thank you very very much in advance
