Mend Truma 2400 Caravan Heater Temperature

truma 2400 heater for caravan?

have installed a truma 2400 heater by plumber an electrician but it fired up once for 2inutes an then stopped. it keeps doing this the tempature in van is about 15 whats wrong with heater. must be only a small problem.
