Mend VK VK330 Sound Work Works

How can I repair my VK330 mobile phone?

I have no sound at all. My ringtones do not work. Only vibration works. When I switch the phone on I have no sound just vibration. When I scroll through the ringtones there is also no sound. Can anyone help.
