How to fix my mobile phone (nokia 6151)?

when i turn on my mobile phone and 3 seconds after everything is booted it shuts down, and i cant use it, i thinnk that the problem is an app which clears unused memory so i can run more "heavier" apps for mobile, and i think if cleaning everything from the internal memory will solve this, but i dont know how
