Although the On/Off buttons remain lit constantly none of them respond when I touch them so I am unable to use the stove top. The rest of the options appear to respond correctly.

There are spills on the inside of the oven door that show on the glass when looking at the oven. Can I take apart the oven door to be able to access the glass in order to clean it??
