i have the above machine i know how to access error codes using the start and any other button the the code I'm getting is E69 which is heating element i want to clear this code to make sure there isn't any other as i suspect the PCB has a fault also can anyone tell me how to do this please cheers
the only error code you see will be the last one so if you see E69 then that is the heating element.put a multimeter across the terminals of the heater and you should get around 29ohms.I suspect you will find it open circuit due to the internal heat fuse blowing possibly due to scale build up on the element.undo the 10mm nut in the centre of the element and carefully prise the element out of the tub.refit new one in reverse
