Mend Ariston Oven Temperature Grill

Ariston oven?

The fan oven only seems to heat up to around 100 degrees. the fan seems to be running ok, but cant reach high temp s unless its on for hours. if i turn on grill aswell the heat increases. could this be a element problem or door seal problem? any advice?
