Just make sure you change the engine oil and oil filter regularly (at least once a year), then you should have no trouble with the cam-chain.

Your engine has a chain driven camshaft and as such there is no time/mileage for replacement, you only need to replace it if it's getting noisey or if you have to take the cylinder head off, then it's a good idea to replace the chain and tensioner
