speedfight doesnt pull off or reach high revs????

my speedfight has just had a sports exhaust carb and manifold been cleaned and rejetted, when its on the stand it revs and spins fine but when its off the stand and its under load there is nothing there you pull the throttle back and it revs a little bit but doesnt move what could it be im stuck??? chears
