why cant i receive multi media on nokia c301?

you need to send and recieve a picture from your own number eg take picture on your phone and send to you own number if that doesent work ring or log onto your service provider if your with o2 web go to supportt and request media etc settings it will be sent to your phone if you phone them they can do it while your on the phone good luck
