how can i fix my krups espresseria automatic XP7200?

all red lights are on, and the error code is 1-0

I had a similar problem with my XP7220, and I really think you need to contact Krups, even if it is no longer under warranty - www.groupeseb.com. They are very helpful. There is a repair centre that you can send them too, but speak to them first. Good luck.
