Mend Qualcast Power Trac340 Mower Blade Replace

How do I replace the bearing in my Qualcast 340 mower?

The bearing above the blade in my Qualcast Power Trac340 has broken and shed the balls. I have stripped it and the bearing case part above is mangled but I think the main part may still be in the plastic seat. How do I extract it and replace it please.
