how to set the clock on hotpoint ew91 cooker?

I don't know - but on the cookers I've owned with a digital clock I depress and hold in the two buttons just to the left of the Plus & Minus buttons and use +/- to set the time.

Sometimes it helps to cycle the power off and on before starting.
