how can i get it repaired?

we have apneumatic staple/nail gun and after using it aprox 10 times it simple will not fire the nails it macks a hissing sound when you press the triggerwe live in bromsgrove can you tell us where to go to get it fixed we brought it from aldi

most air tools need a lubricant to keep the tool working , remove the air line connector to the tool spray some light oil inside the tool, reattach the air line retry no joy with the trigger held on tap the tool on the bench this gets most air tools going.
