Mend Techwood Worked Night Red

How can I fix my Techwood tv?

Basically, tv worked fine last night, then came down this morning, turn it on and it is flashing a red screen at me, then green then blue. None of the buttons on the tv or on the remote are affecting what the tv does, apart from the off and on button. Any help atall? Thanks.
