Potterton Prima-donna F - not heating water?

My central heating seems to work fine but there is no sign of hot water. If I turn on the HW only on the control unit, the radiators still warm up. I tried with both HW and CH and with CH only - same result, heating fine, no hot water.

Has anyone any ideas? I have only just moved into the house and the system has been switched off for a while.
