Mend Fujifilm AV160 Digital Camera Turn

Fujifilm digital camera AV160 - NOT working power on/off?

Power can't be turned on. When I turn on the power, the shutter is opened and zoom is also up. And then the power is directly gone and the shutter is back to closed. I don't understand what the problem is.
Any answer?
