reprogram remote controll?

hi.......i was a stairlift engineer for a well known company and what your asking would be to hard to explain or make clear on here..........but if you put into search on your computer [minivator 1000 series referance library] and scroll down to dolphin stairlift and click on, your will see pdf index on stairlifts then scroll down to your model and print of........hope this will help you!!!
