Belling cooker problem?

the junction box on the back of my belling cooker burnt out

I have replaced it and now it isn't working am I doing something wrong

the touch on the belling fastlite hob will not work it was turned on and off and the numbers from 0-3 keep reappearing beside the hob but nothing will allow itself to turn on or touch how can i fix this
