Mend eumig 710D Projector Film Eumig

eumig 710d dual guage sound projector?

i can only play at 18 fps which means sound is sluggish & slow,how can i check and with any luck correct this,i have looked at the back and can see that nothing turns when switched to 24 fps.

Hey billy boy...there should be a 'slider' just to the right of the take-up real, if the slider does not seem to make any difference, then the 'wheel' inside is slipping on the spinning disk...need to clean the disk, or make adjustment to the tension of the 'wheel'...hope this helps.
