Mend Ford 200 2000 Gear Reverse

how can i fix my 2000 transit gear box?

ive got a 200 transit and i cant get it in to reverse it seems to go in then pop back out againg or it makes a screching noise can anyone help

sounds like the selector has gone inside the box you need to get it looked at by a gearbox specialist
