Mend Singer CG-500 Adjust Pressure Top

Adjust the pressure foot?

How can I adjust the pressure on the pressure foot of my Singer CG-500? It is feeding the top and bottom fabric at different rates. No matter how many pins I use, the ends come out uneven.
