My triton spellbound shower is not heating?

My triton spellbind shower gradually stopped heating over a few months. I have voltage going through the cut off and reaching the power pcb. When switched on i have no voltage on the heater can assy from the power pcb. Are there any other cut offs i should be checking or is the power pcb a common problem and likely to be at fault?
