where can i find diagnostics test plug on seat alhambra?

hi.my car is a seat alhambra 2L petrol ,1999.Engine has just stopped for some reason,it is trying to turn over,not getting spark from coil.does anyone know where diagnostics testing plug is located in vehicle,or has anyone had similliar problems.

cheers paul.have not taken fob apart although it has stopped working recently.thanks for advice on the diagnostics plug,i was informed that the vehicle didnt have one fitted.

have you dropped or taken the key fob apart ?
could be a relay fault.
diagnostics plug is behind ashtray or below fusebox in the drivers foot well
