Mend Whale Caravan Water Taps

How can I alter the pressure on my whale mixer shower?

I have a 1999 Moonstone caravan which has a Whale mixer shower, however we can only get good water pressure and heat from it when we run the sink tap as well. The other taps all work great(both hot and cold)
