Our fridge has stop working properly the temperture went up to 24 degrees then drop down to 5 degrees 4 days later then started going up again. The freezer is working normally
totally defrost manually for 24hrs with fridge and freezer door left open.Now retry.if it works and then fails in a short time you might be looking at a defrost issue
