Mend Opel Astra MK4 4 Light Problems

i have a astra turbo mk 4 2004 with brake light problems?

my astra brake lights dont work when start my car as computer says brake light check , have 2 wait till it says brake pad on screen to get that up i have to keep pushing brake peddle . please could someone help
