How to fix nodding on an elddis caravan?

if when towing get shocks on van checked or distibute load placing heavy over axle light in front and rear.
Don't know if you refer to movement when on pitch just check the corner steadies are ok. I place foot square 3/4" ply boards under the pads when on soft ground it helps but you'll never stop it on site unless you bolt it down on concrete base.
