my 2007 x type 2.0 diesel sport hard to start when hot?

my x type 2.0 diesel is hard to start when hot it starts first time when cold but when hot its a different car it splutters for about 5 seconds then the revs lift up to 750 and runs very well after that i have tried stp treatment that didnt work any ideas

have the filters been done?would start with the basics and take it from there,also not sure on your model but check for air leaks,pipes chaffing and if it has a fuel primer have a good look at that also
