I HAD THAT PROBLEM A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I CHECKED MY NETWORK CONNECTIONS AND RUN THE CONNECTION WIZARD IN HELP AND SUPPORT MENU WHICH YOU ACCESS FROM THE START MENU.IF THAT DOES NOT WORK CHECK THAT YOUR EMAIL SERVER IS NOT HANGING UP AFTER EVERY MESSAGE AS THIS WOULD CAUSE IT.ALSO BROWSE HELP AND SUPPORT SECTION AS YOU WILL PROBABLY FIND THE ANSWER THERE.AND OF COURSE CHECK ALL THE INTERNET CONNECTIONSETC IF YOU ARE EX DIRECTORY CHECK THAT THE NUMBERS 1470ARE PREFIXING YOUR PHONE NUMBER. GOOD LUCK!

Sorry don't understand. What do you mean your 'address is Google'. Google is not an address it's a search engine. Where does this 'google' appear? If you repost with a little more detail someone may be able to help. BTW. I suggest you put it in the Internet Connection section - this one is for desktop PC questions and networking people may not look here.
