Mend Peugeot V-Clic 2008 Am Losing Power

i am losing power?

i have a peugeot v clic 2008,it will start 1st time and ride off but when i slow down or stop at lights i cannot get it up to full speed,if i turn the bike off and on again it works...sometimes if i rev full on it sort of catchs up with itself and works....
