Mend Problem Machine Fine Left

how can i fix this problem?

washing machine working fine, but does not use fabric softner, it is always left unused in machine tray. is it the machine or water pressure maybe.It has only just started doing this, has worked fine on previous occasions.

Lizzy,

Remove the dispenser drawer and give it a good clean out with hot water in the section where you put the softener. These have a habit of clogging up after a while, also next time you add softener dilute it first as it helps stop this problem recurring.
