I have installed a new grill element and still won't go I am not sure if I have put the wires in the right way round I have change then around but still not working

cooker completely out the unit.2 screw hold back panel on.you will see the back of the grill element terminals.disconnect wires and make a note where they go.undo mounting nuts x 2.inside cooker release mountings x 2 and then pull the element out.fit new one in reverse
