Mend Neff 5601 Water Checked Models

How can I fix my Neff DishwasherModel 5601?

It doesn't seem to be filling up with water. I've checked the aquastop and the filter is ok. In the handbook it says that certain models have an electrically operated valve in the inlet tube.When I feel the water inlet tube I can't feel any water running through it.
When you switch it on there is the sound of machinery but when I open the door quickly the spray arm has not moved
