Is my LCD Tv fixable?

My daughter threw her mobile fone across the room, & it hit the screen of my 32" Tecknika LCD TV, & now all i get is a black screen when i turn it on
I was gonna throw it out but a friend mentioned it could be fixed
Does anyone know if this is possible please?
