how can I fix my screen size?

Try to alter the resolution settings on your PC under control panel to see if that helps.

TV screens generally run at lower resolution settings.

You need to adjust your screen.

On your monitor, you should have 4 or 5 buttons in addition to the power button.

Use those to bring the onscreen menu and find the position settings.
You can now shift the image position as well as adjust it's size.

Set it so that the image completely fills the display.
