I have a ryobi 700r ez SIN 902279188 the gromet on the fueltank broke how c?

The line that runs from the rubber primer push button to the fuel tank has broken off. All I see is a hole in the side of the fuel tank where the hose was connected. How do I replace the gromet and fuel line assembly. I was given a part # 791-682-039. Is this the right #?
