Mend Lervia Dead Fuse Plug

My Lervia shredder will not work!?

My Lervia shredder doesn't work. It's as dead as a dodo. I changed the fuse even put the plug into a different socket, but still no joy either forward or reverse. Any ideas from anyone please?
