potterton 100e?

hi potterton 100e is it a puma if so first is there mains (orange light) lit on the front bottom display panel of the boiler if not check fuse at spur or renew if renewed and no orange light lit it will be the pcb if this is lit and you try to fire up the boiler does nothing happen if so next will be the fan
