just had new clutch plates put in with new springs and bolts.nearly every time i seem to change gear there is this strange clunking sound comin from the clutch area, what could it be,wen rideing the bike u can feel the vibrations in the handle bars and footpegs like metal knockin, and somtimes it sounds like its sliping in or outer gear.defintley a knockin sound comin from the clutch area. i dont realy wonna take it apart intill i no for sure what the problem is. has anybody had this sort of problem if so can you help.thanks paul
If the shop has any sort of reputation they should take it back & fix it at their own expense, unless you've had some experience with engines find another bike shop you can trust.

If you had it done at a garage or bike shop, take it back for them to sort out. Sounds like the whole clutch assembly is loose, like the central lock-nut's come undone, i think these are 32mm and you should use locktite 648. Either way, it's gotta be stripped mate.
