Mend Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer Temperature Faulty

Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer?

Everytime I do the weekly shop and fill the fridge/freezer the unit seems to stop freezing chilling until the compartments warm up. then the darn thing starts working again. I have given it a good clean but no change.
