Faulty mistral plus frost-free?

Hi,
The fridge temperature is set at +3C, but the display says that the temperature fluctuates between +5 and +11. Therefore I cannot keep any meat in it! The air vent at the top is not obstructed, so I don't know what is wrong.
The freezer temperature is displayed as being between -2C and -15C, which seems to be rather warm.

Any suggestions??
