how to wire up new main oven thermostat?

I have purchaced a new thermostat et46th to fit (model)sie531tcbk but the basic instructions do not correspond with the old fitting.

there are 3 else 4 ways this connects which you should have been supplied with depending on the clock types/model.It is do able but you have to chop and rewire as per instructions.it isn't a straight swap.wires need cutting off and connecting on different terminals
