Mend Ford 6006 Sound Radio Player

no sound from fm radio?

i have a ford 6006 cd player but cant get any sound out of the fm radio everything else is ok any ideas

When I click on WRTU University of Puerto Rico to listen to the radio no sound comes out.
This is not restricted to WRTU. A station in Australia will also not produce any sound. Power point presentations produce sound as does real player.
